to access  or to view any blocked website

you could use google translate ! just go on google translate and type the URL(address) of the site you wish to view ans click on translate >>but you have to select some other language (other then the websites original language) as it doesn't work for same language<<
like : you can't translate English website into English , so you have to opt for any other language .

1. Go to OPTIONS

2. then to Advance Options ( or you can directly type tcp)

3. Open TCP/IP

4. Now enter APN (Access Point Name) 

    Every Mobile network operator has their own APN
    you can ask for it at customer care .

   example .
                       airtel >>  airtelgprs.com
                vodafone>> www
                          idea>> internet 

This is well tried and tested method , works with OS5 and higher ^
all apps work great with it , like google maps , shazam , opera , uc brouser ,
 facebook chat , whats app , we chat , truecaller , etc ...
*it does not work with Facebook application for blackberry
(but you can always use m.facebook.com)
some times the default browser does not work with Airtel
(you could use opera instead)
